Australian Salesforce specialist Skie has been acquired by strategic digital transformation consultancy Bluprintx.

The move will strengthen the consultancy’s global Salesforce capabilities and highlights its ambition to become a leading global consolidator across the Salesforce and Adobe ecosystems.

Founded just over six years ago, Salesforce consultancy Skie has over 210 certifications and 50 employees. It specialises in digital transformation as well as implementation of products like Agentforce, Salesforce’s AI platform for autonomous enterprise agents.

Meanwhile, Bluprintx has 200 employees across offices in Liverpool as well as Sydney, Melbourne, Dallas, Budapest, London and Singapore.

The acquisition was completed in February 2025 and was funded by lending partner ThinCats, who has also provided an acquisition facility which will enable Bluprintx to expand its capabilities and reach across key geographies.

Skie co-founder and managing director Adam Troughear will take up a position with Bluprintx’s leadership team and will contribute to the development and execution of the company’s global Salesforce strategy.

“Joining Bluprintx is an evolution of Skie’s high-performance growth journey,” he said. “We’ve built a reputation across APAC [Asia Pacific] for delivering transformative outcomes for our clients by leveraging the breadth of the Salesforce platform.

“Now we can take our transformation journeys further [and] can answer what’s next across the entire front office experience.”
