Axis Communications has launched an experience centre in Sydney’s Macquarie Park, making it its second such facility in Australia.

Opening three years after its first Australian centre was launched in Melbourne, the Sydney facility has been designed to inspire and support partners, customers and industry leaders with a hands-on, immersive environment.

The centre shows off Axis’ latest products – including AI-powered video analytics, hybrid cloud and edge solutions, radar and thermal imaging, environmental sensors and audio management platforms – and how they are applied to solve-real world challenges.

Axis Oceania regional director Wai King Wong told ARN the move to open its second experience centre in Sydney was a strategic choice. This marks its 38th experience centre globally.

“As a thriving hub for innovation, enterprise and infrastructure development, it positions us at the intersection of opportunity and impact,” he said.

“With a strong ecosystem of partners, customers, and industry leaders based here, the new centre enables deeper collaboration and faster innovation.

“Our presence in Macquarie Park reflects our long-term commitment to supporting Australia’s evolving security needs with smarter, more sustainable technology solutions.”
