Bitdefender boosts partner program with top tier and benefits

Adds a Platinum tier, which offers priority access to benefits, dedicated support and joint go-to-market opportunities.

Bitdefender has updated its global Partner Advantage Network program with a new top Platinum tier as well as additional benefits for managed service providers (MSP) and resellers.

The program offers separate tracks for MSPs and resellers, with support for both product and service specialisations and includes all Bitdefender business security solutions.

This includes extended detection and response (XDR), cloud-native security, managed detection and response (MDR) and the recently released GravityZone Proactive Hardening and Attack Surface Reduction (PHASR) which launched last month.

The Platinum tier has been added to its existing Bronze, Silver and Gold levels to recognise and retain the vendor’s highest-performing MSPs and resellers, the vendor said.

When reaching this level, partners can gain priority access to benefits, dedicated support and joint go-to-market opportunities.

Bitdefender has also expanded its Not-for-Resale (NFR) Program with access to its MDR solutions for MSPs, as well as providing all partners with access to its full suite of security solutions, including XDR for internal use and demonstration purposes.

Additionally, NFR device allocation is now tier-based, with the vendor noting that it ensures equitable distribution and maximising benefits across partner levels in both MSP and Reseller programs.

As for resellers specifically, Bitdefender said it has simplified its deal registration workflow to cut down on administrative overhead and shorten sales cycles.

It has also eliminated the need to input detailed product configurations at the time of registration and no longer necessitates reapproval if deal elements change.
