The winners were announced at Dell Technologies World held in Las Vegas on 19-22 May. Macquarie head of private cloud Jonathan Staff attributed the win to its Macquarie Flex hybrid cloud offering that was launched in the market a year ago. “Macquarie Flex provides the ability to really run workloads on the platform that’s best suited to your business and to that workload,” Staff said. “We look at it through two lenses – one is minimising costs and the second is mitigating risks. “Those two dimensions are really the primary focus, especially in today’s economy, and the wrapper around that is about bringing innovation to that so we can reduce costs, mitigate risks and do something clever together.” Blue Connections IT chief marketing and alliances director Erica Smith said it was a tremendous achievement to be globally recognised for its ESG and CSR initiatives. “We’re incredibly grateful for the support of our Dell Technologies team, whose partnership has helped bring our campaigns to life,” she said. “Together, we’ve shown that small actions, when united by purpose, can create meaningful impact.” During the conference, partners heard about the latest Dell innovation and AI-led partner tools, designed to help them leverage the latest technology.
