Centorrino Technologies (CT) has combined its IT service prowess with global SAP specialist, INK IT Solutions through a strategic partnership.

This will see INK IT’s capabilities in SAP transformation combine with CT’s infrastructure and managed services expertise.

The partnership will create a streamlined service offering for organisations looking to modernise legacy systems without the overheads and complexity of traditional consulting models.

INK IT, known for delivering SAP transformations across CX, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP and Industry Cloud. The team manages the full SAP stack from strategy to post-go-live support, guiding businesses through complex change at scale.

Centorrino Technologies complements this with expertise in infrastructure, network optimisation and the Microsoft stack, ensuring SAP applications run securely, efficiently and with maximum uptime.

From server infrastructure and cybersecurity through to cloud connectivity and ongoing managed services, CT manages the environment that underpins the enterprise platform.

As more organisations seek to scale and modernise, many are discovering their existing platforms are no longer delivering the performance required.

In many cases, the challenge isn’t the application itself, but the ageing infrastructure it’s running on. This is where combining CT and INK IT’s complementary strengths deliver value.

For example, a customer deploying SAP customer experience program, might experience performance issues due to outdated store infrastructure. This will require INK IT to support the SAP platform itself, while CT is brought in to optimise the network, environment and systems supporting it.

“Our clients are looking for transformation partners who are nimble, transparent and capable of delivering with confidence,” INK IT solutions chief of sales officer Pranay Mishra. “This partnership with Centorrino Technologies strengthens our ability to deliver business-critical change without the friction of legacy consulting models.”

Conversley when INK IT encounters customers who require support beyond the SAP application layer, CT will be tasked with providing additional services.

This integrated delivery model allows both providers to focus on their core strengths, while clients benefit from a cost-effective, coordinated and supported transformation experience.

CT CEO Adam Centorrino the IT service provider has always been focused on “making technology simple and accessible”.

“This partnership means customers can move forward with confidence – knowing they have the right infrastructure, the right applications and the right people to bring it all together,” he said.

This partnership follows CT’s acquisition of Canberra-based professional services provider Delivery Quality Assurance (DQA) in May.

At the time ARN reported this was one of the first in a series of planned 2025 acquisitions and was set to bring additional capabilities across defence and federal and state government sectors.

“We’ve traditionally been waterfall, [DQA] are an agile house, so [it means] that we are able to deliver projects in an agile way,” Centorrino told ARN.

The acquisition was completed six weeks after the initial sale in November 2024 and has been well received by internal staff, vendor partners and customers he said.

The partnership and acquisition were capped off by Centorrino Technologies placing third among the Best Workplaces in Technology in Australia, as ranked by Great Place to Work in the first half of 2025.

“There’s a strong culture of continuous improvement, humility and just making sure that we really focus on that customer experience and employee experience,” said Centorrino at the time. “It’s about making sure we’re getting continuous feedback from team members which is considerable because it can be a thankless industry.”
