Publicly listed Comms Group has recorded its best ever monthly revenue performance during March, with the cloud communications provider making an unaudited $5 million.

During its third quarter results, Comms Group said global revenue of roughly $1.4 million represented a 26 per cent increase over the average monthly revenue it saw over the whole first half of its 2025 financial year.

“The uplift reflects the onboarding of multiple domestic and multinational customers, with further ramp-ups expected in Q4 as provisioning continues across approximately 20 countries,” the statement said.

The record month comes as the cloud communications provider announced its unaudited revenue for the March quarter came to $14.1 million, which it compared to the $27 million it made for the first half of FY25.

Also achieved during the quarter was $2.4 million in new annual recurring revenue (ARR), which brings its total ARR value of new contracts signed in FY25 to $8.4 million.

This included new contracts across automotive, energy, finance, insurance, government, aviation and consumer goods, with two previously announced contracts beginning to contribute to revenue.

A $2.4 million contract with a global software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider also contributed towards its revenue growth by way of partial billing, with full provisioning on track to complete by July.

Additionally, a contract with a US-based technology company, which is expected to generate an annual $1.5 million to $2 million, also began partial billing, with its full revenue contribution expected by the fourth quarter.

Meanwhile, over the nine months to the end of the third quarter, Comms Group recorded unaudited group revenue of $41.3 million and underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of $3.8 million.

Internally, Comms Group said it started a major billing platform consolidation project in its cloud communications division to reduce costs and improve data analytics.

It also implemented a new infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) hypervisor platform in its secure modern workplace solutions business, as well as upgrading its customer support environment to improve endpoint management, backup and security monitoring that due to be deployed by April 2026.

Both initiatives are expected to deliver $300,000 in annual savings each.

Comms Group wrapped up their quarterly update saying it “remains well-positioned to sustain its growth trajectory” due to continued progress on strategic initiatives, international expansion and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
