Payroll and HR platform for global teams vendor, Deel, has launched its white label and reseller programs, to give channel partners the flexibility to integrate payroll, onboarding and HR solutions directly into their own branded offerings.

The White Label program enables brands embed Deel’s solutions with custom branding, while the reseller program offers discounted rates and ongoing support for partners reselling the vendor’s HR products.

With these newly launched programs, Deel wants local partners like EPI-USE to be able to simplify HR operations and deliver tailored solutions at scale, said its head of partnerships Ryan Freeman.

In an interview with ARN, Freeman said the vendor launched these programs to drive growth and revenue opportunities for its partners.

“Anyone working in the HR space will know the industry is increasingly fragmented and HR stacks are becoming complicated,” he said. “These new programs will also simplify the process of customising HR and payroll solutions to meet the unique needs of their teams.”

For example, Victoria-based computer support and services provider EPI-USE has the scope to use Deel to help smaller businesses with hiring, onboarding and employee engagement as well as to solve complex issues for enterprises that need global payroll and IT support in multiple countries, claimed Freeman.

Deel Global Reseller Program partners will also receive discounted pricing, a custom application programming interface (API), in-house support and ongoing enablement as part of the program, all of which lets partners broaden their product and service portfolio to capture talent management jobs among their customers more fully.

“If they’re already working in the HR space, the program lets partners expand their existing offering for deeper penetration and more opportunities to add value for their customers, driving revenue,” Freeman said.

He said the White Label Program provides two pathways to the Deel portfolio.

The first is an out-of-the-box option where a company can easily add their own logo, colours and design elements to create an end-to-end solution that looks and feels like their own company. The second is a more in-depth integration, powered by customised APIs for a tailored experience.

These programs are designed to meet the increasing changes in the way companies work, Freeman said.

“With the world of work becoming far more fluid and flexible, there is a growing trend of organisations needing to manage teams in very different ways, with traditional approaches generally falling short of current requirements,” he added.

“What these new programs offer is the ability for organisations to get hold of the latest HR and global hiring technology to tackle these changes and deploy them at an unprecedented scale.”
