Dicker Data has inked a distribution agreement with data storage and backup provider Asustor in the Australian market.

Founded in 2011 with direct investment from ASUS, Asustor made a mark in private cloud storage and video surveillance solutions.

“This partnership enables our community to access and meet growing demands for innovative NAS solutions that cater to both SMB and enterprise markets,” Dicker Data general manager of hardware Luke Trinh said.

“We look forward to providing our partner community with the training and support they need to leverage the Asustor opportunity in the coming weeks.”

Asustor sales director Dan Tsai said Asustor’s advanced NAS solutions, as part of the ASUS Group, addresses diverse needs from AI-driven backups and business storage to creators and personal users, along with comprehensive market support for partners.

Dicker Data has continued to ramp up its vendor portfolio across a variety of segments in recent months including brands such as Adobe, EcpPro, Smart Technologies and Equinix.
