Powered by fring, users can make free app-to-app calls, messaging, video and voice conferencing, and file sharing with other app users.

Telco provider, Dodo has launched its Phone Anywhere app, which uses real time communications software vendor, Genband’s fring, to help deliver cheap mobile voice and data.

fring is a white-label, cloud-based telecom Over-The-Top (OTT) solution that enables service providers to deliver services to customers worldwide.

The Dodo Phone Anywhere app, powered by fring, enables free app-to-app calls, messaging, video calling, video and voice conferencing, and file sharing with other users in the Dodo App community – data sharing charges may apply.

The app can be downloaded from iOS App Store and Google Play.

Users can make calls anywhere in the world from a mobile phone, tablet, PC client or Mac using WiFi or cellular data services at competitive rates. Any charges incurred are billed directly to the user’s existing post-paid Dodo account, whether for communications or energy services.
