Credit: Paul Crighton (Riverbed) Network performance vendor Riverbed has brought in Paul Crighton as its vice president of sales to drive its sales strategy and day-to-day operations in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Crighton will also be deliver continued success across the company’s artificial intelligence (AI)-powered Riverbed Platform, which includes AI operations (AIOps), enterprise observability and acceleration solutions. He brings more than 25 years of experience in sales leadership experience across the technology industry and joins from Barracuda Networks where he served as managing director from 2023. Prior to this, he held many senior sales leadership positions across NetApp, Blackberry, PGi, Symantec and Intel Security/McAfee.
