Specialist cyber security and cloud services distributor Fifteen has appointed Fiona Hodges as its new general manager.

Hodges comes with extensive experience previously working with organisations such as Fortinet and Cisco.

She will lead Fifteen’s continued growth and support its expanding partner network.

“Fifteen is doing something genuinely different in the Australian market. It’s not trying to be a traditional distributor, its redefining what distribution looks like,” Hodges said.

With a laser focus on services-first and partner-led solutions, Hodges said it was about helping partners simplify how they deliver advanced cybersecurity and cloud offerings, providing them with the support and flexibility they need to scale.

“The chance to be part of that shift – to help lead it, felt like a natural next step for me,” she said.

“I’ve spent my career in the channel, with a strong focus on building new routes to market, launching partner programmes, and helping businesses transition to recurring revenue models.

“What excites me about this role is that all of that experience comes together—cyber, channel strategy, services, and sustainable growth. I feel well-placed to help Fifteen and its partners move confidently into the next phase.”

Hodges said she will firstly focus on growing its partner base, expanding the team, and refining its go-to-market strategy.

“I want us to be crystal clear on the value we deliver to our partners and ensure we’re providing it consistently,” she said.

“Our goal is to help partners build reliable, recurring revenue streams. That’s what drives sustainable growth for Fifteen and for the entire ecosystem.

“As the market evolves, it’s crucial to stay focused, listen to our partners, and consistently deliver practical, high-impact solutions.”
