ERP and IT solutions provider FUJIFILM MicroChannel Services has acquired the small to mid-sized business (SMB) practices of DXC Technology in Oceania (Australia, New Zealand and Fiji).

ARN understands the purchase includes staff and customers from DXC’s Velocity and SAP SMB business, including the Fiji branch for the Velocity business.

The acquired SMB practices involve six solutions including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SAP Business One.

Naoki Hama, president and CEO of Fujifilm Business Innovation, claimed that the SMB Practices of DXC Technology in Oceania have an “outstanding reputation.”

“Through this acquisition, we will warmly welcome customers from DXC Technology’s SMB Practices in Oceania,” Hama said.

This recent acquisition comes a year after Fujifilm purchased Australian IT services provider MicroChannel Services and its affiliates in February 2023 for an undisclosed sum.

ARN noted at the time that Hama labelled the acquisition an “exciting step on our path to growing our ERP systems and services as one of our core business offerings.”
