Credit: Google Sydney Google has added to its stable of artificial intelligent (AI) tools that help partners to automate tasks, spot issues, handle queries and provide insights into their finances and earning to help them make business decisions. Partners now have access to SOW Analyzer, an AI-powered tool in the Partner Network Hub that applies Gemini to review statements of work and provide instant, intelligent feedback on what’s missing or needs to be updated for their statement of work. The document review tool actively coaches partners through the process, providing concrete examples and insights into best practices, based on past data from thousands of customer engagements, according to a blog post by Google Cloud’s global director of partner programs strategy and incentives, Lakshmi Saranath, and global director of partner incentives strategy and design, Arjun Lahiri. “This level of intelligence and proactive guidance is a powerful way for partners to streamline how they navigate the SOW process, leapfrogging what other hyperscalers are offering,” the post said. For example, partners can upload a PDF document to get instant feedback on what’s missing or needs updating, with the goal to minimise back-and-forth. It was also designed to help them finalise customer contracts faster. The Google Earnings Hub continues to give partners enhanced visibility into their incentive earnings, consolidating key data like rebates, discounts, funds and credits into a streamlined dashboard that also provides actionable insights to accelerate growth. In the coming months, Google will enhance this tool with conversational support and personalised, predictive insights that make it even easier to optimise earnings and uncover new growth opportunities. The tool provides insights for partners to benchmark their performance against peers and offers personalised tips to increase their earnings. For example, it uses proprietary data and Gemini’s predictive reasoning capabilities to show partners which SKUs are selling in their specific area and where future customer demand is heading. Complementing SOW Analyzer and Earnings Hub is the Google bot-assisted live chat to help with onboarding, billing, orders, incentive claims and rebates. For example, if a partner has a question about how to submit a claim or understand a rebate, they can ask the chatbot and receive immediate, personalised guidance, drawing upon our extensive knowledge base. If the issue requires a deeper level of support, the chatbot can initiate a seamless handoff to a Live Chat agent without requiring the partner to re-explain the issue or start over.
