Ingram Micro Experience returns to Sydney for 2025

Ingram Micro Experience will be taking place in Sydney on 5 August for its 2025 iteration at the International Convention Centre.

Set to bring together over 1,000 industry experts, the distributor said the event will feature “solutions, strategic collaboration and the technologies shaping the future” under the theme of “Distributing Momentum.

“Ingram Micro Experience 2025 is a cornerstone event that brings the channel community together to build momentum, spark ideas, and accelerate opportunity,” said Ingram Micro Australia executive managing director Hope McGarry. “As a customer-obsessed organisation, we’re focused on enabling our partners to thrive, leveraging local insight, global reach and access to the technologies driving transformation.

“This is a rare opportunity to connect with leading vendors, industry peers and innovators in a showcase of the solutions and strategies that will define what’s next.”

The event will showcase the Ingram Micro Hub featuring the Xvantage Stage and experts detailing how partners can accelerate outcomes on the Xvantage AI platform.

The event will also debut a B2B Tech Talk podcast stage, with live recordings taking place in front of attendees.

Meanwhile, the exhibition floor will be split into four Solution Village areas containing silent theatre sessions focused on cloud and cyber security; infrastructure and networking; commercial and consumer and speciality and industry solutions.

“We’ve designed this event to mirror the ambition and diversity of our ecosystem,” said McGarry. “Whether you’re driving innovation in cybersecurity or scaling sector-specific solutions, this is where meaningful conversations can accelerate progress.”

The Executive Connect leadership luncheon series, led by McGarry, is expected to be the largest one yet and culminate with an exclusive keynote featuring market insights and immediate channel opportunities. The series was launched earlier this year to put relationships at the centre of its strategy, bringing together more than 250 c-suite leaders.

Across four stages and more than 30 breakout sessions, attendees will gain hands-on insights into the ideas shaping the future, ranging from generative AI, zero trust, automation and sustainability to the evolving role of distributors in a rapidly changing market.

Participants will explore how to build customer-first as-a-service business models and engage in conversations that position distributors as strategic advisers in the digital age.
