In his new role, Grassi will build on Fujitsu’s strategic investments in digital transformation and enterprise solutions, data and artificial intelligence, cyber security and services. Grassi has spent over three years at Fujitsu Australia starting in the role of client services executive back in November 2021. He was also an executive director on Fujitsu Australia’s board of directors since July 2024. He brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent over eight years in various roles at IBM. Based in Sydney, Grassi has played a key role in Fujitsu’s recent expansion of services and in growing its key partner network in Oceania, including companies like Akamai, AWS, Dynatrace, Microsoft and ServiceNow. According to Fujitsu under his leadership, it has focused on helping organisations optimise their digital transformation and cloud investments while managing costs effectively. His work has been particularly significant in strengthening Fujitsu’s position in hybrid multi-cloud offerings and cyber security services across the region, claimed Fujitsu. He currently leads a team of over 3,000 Australian and New Zealand technologists, bringing the best global innovation to the region. Grassi said it was committed to providing employees with the opportunities and resources they need to grow and contribute to our shared success. “We believe that technology has the power to create a positive impact, and Fujitsu is driven by a genuine desire to build a better future for our customers, our employees and the communities we serve,” he said.
