Two A/NZ partners have collected major gongs from contact centre platform specialist Genesys at the vendor’s tenth annual APAC tech summit in Bangkok.

QPC Australia has been named A/NZ partner of the year while Spark NZ received the APAC innovation trailblazer of the year award.

Exploring the theme of “levelling up together”, this year’s summit brought partners, technical teams and solution leaders together to explore how AI and digital technologies were shaping the future of customer experience.

The awards spotlighted partners who have unlocked new opportunities to deliver exceptional customer value, execution excellence and meaningful impact through the Genesys Cloud platform.

“Genesys partners are an extension of our sales team, helping drive accelerated results and achieving new heights together,” said Genesys vice-president of partners and alliances Gwilym Funnell.

Partners played a pivotal role in advancing Genesys’ vision for experience orchestration and reinforcing a customer-centric approach, he said.

Commercial director of QPC Australia Peter Levine said the careful and smart use of technology could be a key differentiator in delivering exceptional customer service.

“Our longstanding partnership with Genesys has been crucial to our goals of becoming an industry leader in enabling organisations to deliver real-time, empathetic, and meaningful customer interactions,” he said.

The Melbourne-based managed service provider played an instrumental role in helping one known customer, Anglicare, shift to the Genesys Contact Centre solution.

Spark itself completed a migration to Genesys in 2022 and has since helped deliver the technology to customers such as Kiwibank.
