Credit: Kristi Blokhin / Shutterstock Sophos has launched its MSP Elevate partner program, specifically targeting managed service providers (MSP) to sell the vendor’s solutions on its Sophos Central Platform. The product available include Sophos MDR, Sophos Endpoint powered by Intercept X and Sophos Firewall. By signing up to the program, partners gain exclusive access to the vendor’s Sophos Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Bundle solution, which comprises of its Complete premium tier with 24/7 incident response, one year data retention, Sophos Network Detection and Response (NDR) and all Sophos integration packs. MSP Elevate also includes discounted Network-in-a-Box Hardware bundles, growth-based rebates, architect-level training courses, invite-only access to Sophos Summit events and “future benefits” which include the introduction of new program benefits to increase profitability, customer defences and overall value as a service provider. To access the benefits, MSPs need to commit to a minimum monthly spend for a 12-month period, additionally partners must be part of its MSP Flex program, with allows MSPs to offer Sophos solutions on a monthly billing basis. Sophos senior vice president of global channel, alliances and corporate development Chris Bell said the vendor’s MSP model is proving to be “hugely popular” in Australia, with more than 500 partners already in its ecosystem and more joining every month. “We anticipate that most of our existing partners will join MSP Elevate and that MSP Elevate will provide yet further motivation for new partners to switch to Sophos,” he said. “With a 17 per cent growth rate in the last year, Sophos’ MSP business in APJ [Asia Pacific and Japan] is considerably outpacing the 11 per cent global growth reported by Canalys for 2024. “Furthermore, our MDR revenue via MSPs in APJ grew by an incredible 63 per cent last financial year, demonstrating the tremendous business opportunity Sophos MDR provides for our partners and the strength of demand for our solution.” SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER From our editors straight to your inbox Get started by entering your email address below.
