ViewSonic expands Leader distie deal

Visual display vendor ViewSonic has expanded its distribution partnership with Leader, broadening the portfolio.

Leader previously carried ViewSonic’s consumer LCD, business LCD, projector and display panels products, and has been extended to include commercial solutions, under its audio visual (AV) and unified communications (UC) division.

Additionally, the deal also sees Leader offer enhanced support and services, as well as dedicated showrooms at its own branches across Australia.

These showrooms will give customers hands-on access to ViewSonic’s solutions and guidance from Leader’s employees.

Leader managing director Theo Kristoris said its large warehousing and distribution network across the country are both essential factors to help its partners in delivering the vendor’s solutions.

“We look forward to working closely with channel and ViewSonic for long term mutual success,” he said.

Meanwhile, ViewSonic Australia country manager Jack Hung said Leader’s strategic focus matches up with its own.

“Their extensive market knowledge and commitment to customer service [aligns] with our core value which makes them an ideal partner to help us expand our reach and deliver our innovative display solutions to a wider audience,” he said.

Leader previously signed up ViewSonic in October 2022 in an exclusive Australian arrangement.
