8People partner Kore.ai to drive AI innovation

Melbourne-based AI advisory and consulting company, 8People, will integrate Kore.ai’s enterprise-grade agent platform into its artificial intelligence (AI) service offerings under strategic partnership. 

The agent platform was designed to help organisations implement AI agents at scale, with built-in governance, security, and integration capabilities.  

8People will implement the agent platform into its overall enterprise grade AI services, which supports the implementation of AI agents, built with built-in governance, security, and integration capabilities. 

The platform was underpinned by robust data protection, AI governance, and compliance at its core.  

8People will also incorporate its own responsible AI framework, which emphasises transparency while aligned with best practices to mitigate risks and maintain ethical AI deployment. 

The partnership will also focus on enhancing operational efficiency, personalisation, and data governance for client organisations. 

Kore.ai vice president A/NZ Paul Rilstone said despite massive investment, many enterprises are still waiting to see real returns from AI because they’re deploying AI tactically.
