Will now offer the full stack of Microsoft services across A/NZ Credit: Dicker Data's Sarah Loiterton and TechClick's Regina Melamed Dicker Data has expanded its exclusive partnership with IT service provider, TechClick to offer its full stack of Microsoft services in Australia and New Zealand. Initially established in April 2024, the partnership with TechClick enabled Dicker Data to exclusively offer TechClick’s Microsoft-funded assessment and migration services to its extensive base of over 12,000 annual active partners. Since then, Dicker Data has introduced over one hundred partners to TechClick, who have assisted hundreds of end-customers with their Microsoft cloud assessment and migration services, often enabling partners to win and deliver on new business opportunities that were beyond their traditional technical scope. “The expansion of our TechClick offerings follows an exceptional first year of partnership and is a direct response to the increasing complexity our partners face as cloud and AI adoption accelerates,” Dicker Data general manager of Microsoft Cloud A/NZ, Sarah Loiterton said. “With deep expertise across all seven Microsoft specialisations, TechClick brings best-practice delivery, strategic alignment, and scalable services that help augment our partners’ capabilities, fast-track outcomes, and drive customer success.” “With more businesses embracing AI, the importance of robust data governance and secure access frameworks has never been greater. TechClick’s expanded catalogue not only helps partners meet these rising expectations but also unlocks access to security services, empowering them to serve their customers with confidence and agility,” Loiterton added. The two organisations highlighted the immediate opportunity for partners in helping end-customers prepare for AI by strengthening their security posture, ensuring best practice guardrails are in place as they begin to explore solutions like Microsoft Copilot. Longer term, there remains significant potential in business data transformation services, leveraging solutions such as Microsoft Fabric. TechClick CEO Regina Melamed said the expansion represents more than just increased service capacity; it signals a shift in how partners can lead digital transformation. “By integrating AI-readiness and security from the outset, we’re helping partners move up the value chain from implementers to trusted strategic advisors. Our model is built to drive business growth, minimise risk, and unlock scalability into new and emerging technologies. “Most importantly, it opens the door to greater profitability without the burden of heavy upfront investment.” SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER From our editors straight to your inbox Get started by entering your email address below.
