Building smarter partnerships, creating differentiated value, and leading with confidence in the AI ecosystem is what partners will discover during EDGE 2025: The Channel FutureScape.

Norton Rose Fulbright global leader of digital transformation Nick Abrahams will be leading the discussion as a keynote speaker on how to partner smarter in the AI economy.

Approaching how to turn AI projects into a source of recurring revenue, what boardrooms are thinking about AI, and building client trust are some of the takeaways partners can expect.

“Every customer in the technology space is looking for AI enablement, and that is a challenge for most technology providers because they won’t have the necessary in-house, fully-baked AI capabilities,” Abrahams said. “We’re seeing more partnering than I’ve ever seen before in the tech space, because it’s become so critical to have that AI capability.”

Abrahams will also raise challenges on change management and training, and how to treat AI as a ‘colleague’.

“People are desperate to have a good story to tell about AI,” he said. “How do we partner with AI as a true colleague and as this incredible force multiplier in all of our businesses?

“There’s a lot of talk about AI taking jobs, and yet in the partnering space, it is an intensely human activity.

“The ability for AI to encroach on that is going to be very difficult. If we are good at creating meaningful partnerships, that is a great outcome and we can be confident our jobs will survive the AI apocalypse.”

Abrahams is also an adjunct professor at Bond University and runs The Breakthrough Executive GenAI and Productivity course. Edge delegates will have the chance to win access to this course as part of maximising their engagements during EDGE 2025.

Abrahams co-created the world’s first AI-enabled privacy chatbot, Parker, and is a co-founder of Lawpath, an AI-enabled online legal solution.

Taking place from 27 to 30 July 2025 at the five-star RACV Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast, EDGE 2025 is the only A/NZ channel conference that provides decision-makers with the right forum to learn and network, and achieve profitable outcomes.
