Credit: Jo Healey Business and ICT solution supplier Fujitsu has announced the appointment of Jo Healey, formerly country leader of Kyndryl, as vice-president and head of customer for A/NZ, effective 30 June. The appointment marks a return for Healey, who previously worked at Fujitsu between 2006 to 2014, including serving as managing director in New Zealand, where she exceeded financial targets and grew the company’s market presence significantly. Fujitsu said her appointment underscored the company’s commitment to simplifying operations, solving customer challenges and driving success through digital transformation to enhance customer experiences. Healey brings over 25 years of leadership experience in sales, customer experience, partnerships and marketing to Fujitsu having also previously held leadership positions at Capgemini, Dimension Data NZ and IBM. “Jo’s previous contributions to Fujitsu were significant, and we’re confident that her expertise and renewed perspective will be crucial in helping us deliver innovative solutions and exceptional experiences that empower our customers to thrive in the digital age,” said Peter Grassi, CEO of Fujitsu in Oceania. “This ultimately contributes to a more connected and prosperous society.” Healey said it was great to be rejoining Fujitsu at a pivotal time. “Having previously been managing director of Fujitsu in New Zealand, I have a strong understanding of the company’s values and ambitions,” she said. “I look forward to working closely with the team to build stronger customer relationships, drive innovation, and deliver tangible business value in New Zealand and Australia.” Healey said by focusing on understanding and addressing customers’ unique challenges, new opportunities for growth could be unlocked to create a positive impact on businesses and the communities they serve.
