The specialised partner program, formerly piloted as partner practice accelerator, is designed to drive enhanced industry recognition for validated partners. It also provides clearer pathways for partners to develop and showcase skills in high-demand areas critical to customer success, senior vice president for partner ecosystem success Stefanie Chiras wrote in a blog post. The program recognises partners’ technical expertise and proven service capabilities to support the full customer lifecycle, aligning with strategic technologies and streamlining go-to-market efforts for partners. Red Hat is also extending available partner specialisations beyond Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Red Hat OpenShift to encompass additional products like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and RHEL AI. Existing specialisation for Red Hat OpenShift will also be divided into specific focus areas, including virtualisation, containers and application development. Qualifying partners will be recognised as Red Hat specialised partners categorised by their associated technical skills, such as “Red Hat Specialised Partner – Mission Critical Automation” or “Red Hat Specialised Partner – AI Platform.” The latest in a series of developments also features a new partner demand centre, featuring the Red Hat campaigns and demand generation platform, is designed to help partners deliver impactful marketing campaigns, content and programes more easily. It enables partners to autonomously launch ready-made campaigns with customisable content and create workshop and webinar registration pages promoting joint Red Hat solutions to customers and prospects. The centre also features an extensive content library and activity and lead tracking through detailed dashboards to provide insights into activities, performance and leads. Red Hat also continued to enhance its rebate strategy by extending and adding new opportunities, aiming to increase partner profitability and drive product growth, particularly with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Red Hat OpenShift.
