Leader has rolled out networking vendor Ubiquiti’s UniFi partner program in Australia, which provides managed service providers (MSP) and channel partners with access to its Campus and Enterprise range of products.

Leader director of enterprise Ben Klason said the benefits include enhance partner performance and increased margins as well as extra services and support to bring increased value to the channel.

“The UniFi channel partner program available in Australia exclusively through Leader will empower value-added resellers, MSPs and systems integrators, … offering exclusive access to the new Campus and Enterprise range, deal-reg, priority support, training and access to UniFi Ambassadors.

“[This makes] this partner program a game-changer for UniFi resellers.”

The program also includes the launch of newly developed services including UI Care and UI Pro Support. This will be available to all channel partners and provides partner-grade replacement support for qualifying devices, as well as access to 24×7 expert site-support engineers.

“With these changes, we are confident UniFi will see significant uptake through top-tier verticals in the market including government and education,” Klason added.

In February, Leader launched UniFi Talk through Breeze Connect, giving resellers the chance to add voice services to their product offerings.

This would drive a value proposition for resellers and opens new revenue streams, as businesses increasingly seek advanced communication tools to improve their operations, said Breeze Connect business manager Diego Torres at the time.

Breeze Connect offers an opportunity for resellers who are already familiar with the Ubiquiti product stack to add-on voice services.

UniFi Talk integrates into Ubiquiti’s UniFi technology stack – streamlining network, wireless and VoIP into a centralised interface and also includes features like calls and integration with existing systems, which will allow partners to streamline their communication processes and improve collaboration
