Wavelink will expand the reach of Penguin Solutions’ portfolio of fault tolerant computing solutions into the Australian and New Zealand (A/NZ) under a distribution agreement.

This will give the distributor’s partners access to Penguin Solutions’ portfolio of solutions, designed to support operational resilience, uptime and continuity across a wide range of critical environments, including operational technology (OT) settings.

Particular focus will be placed on Penguin Solutions’ Stratus ztC Edge and Stratus ztC Endurance platforms, which are designed for continuous operation in critical environments.

The distributor will also offer Stratus everRun from Penguin Solutions’ Stratus Technologies brand. This integrates cyber security technologies from Fortinet and Claroty, adding to Wavelink’s OT stack.

For partners, Wavelink will provide channel enablement services, including pre- and post-sales support, technical training, business development programs and go-to-market guidance.

The partnership also supports Wavelink’s OT Masters initiative, an ongoing program that brings together leading OT vendors to deliver integrated, outcome-driven solutions.

Penguin Solutions joins an established Wavelink portfolio that includes Claroty, Fortinet, Garland Technology and Swimlane. Wavelink CEO Ilan Rubin said these products align with the distributor’s OT strategy.

“This agreement strengthens our cyber security and networking portfolio with hardware and software,” he said.

Rubin also said the partnership reflects Wavelink’s continued investment in OT and commitment to delivering complete, integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of industrial customers.

“Adding Penguin Solutions to the OT Masters initiative strengthens the value Wavelink offers to partners supporting critical industries,” he said. “It’s another important step in building the most connected and capable OT ecosystem in the region.”

This agreement comes a week after Wavelink signed a distribution agreement with Cloudian for A/NZ and Oceania.
